This Matte Shadow Liner is our signature eyebrow lliner, use with our agnled brush and apply the perfect line to create a smooth filled in eyebrow. This shade works with light brown eyebrows to medium dark eyebrows it fiills in nicely and does not flake. It can also be used wet or dry as a smokey eye shade or eye liner.
